Cancellation Policy

By submitted payment and/or booking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed. Customers are responsible for timely arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior for a 50% return on deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of session forfeits deposit refunds given cancellations are for incidents or occasions outside of customer's control (extreme weather conditions, etc). Bana-Kin Photography reserves the right to cancel all sessions with notice. There is a 10 minute grace period (non-studio) after the agreed end time of session if minor adjustments and follow ups are to be made. A 45% partial-refundable down payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date and time. Please note that studio prices are subject to studio fees. Post edits returns are usually within 7 days but return times may vary depending on quantity and demands. Photos purchases, both post and pre-edits, are "license purchase" for limited use. Photos and edits are property of BanaKin Photography. There are no refunds after session is complete. License purchases give the purchaser rights to use photos on social media, sharing, printing etc. For exclusive rights to all photos, contact Bana-Kin Photography. Bana-Kin Photography maintains a family friendly and safe environment. Individuals or group who presents conditions or behavior that does not align with our family friendly and safe environment risks cancellation without refund. Customer has the right to enjoy a safe and fun session while memories and special moments are captured. If customers have concerns, please feel free address concerns. Props for studios are additional and may be added prior to the shoot. If props are added during shoot, elapsed set time may be effected but time block change is not guaranteed. Location fees are calculated by zip code travels.
